Unlock Expat Property was founded by British expats Jonathan Smith and Crystal Toor, who turned their personal journey into a mission to empower fellow expats.
After moving to the Middle East in 2011, they quickly recognised the need to build long-term financial security through passive income, and property investment offered the ideal path.
Since 2022, Jonathan and Crystal have built a seven-figure UK property portfolio while living overseas. Their success didn’t happen by chance, it was the result of education, action, and leveraging the right partnerships.
Driven by a desire to give back to the expat community, they launched Unlock Expat Property: a platform that offers free information, personalised guidance, and access to trusted UK property professionals.
